Dr. Neylon Pilkington

Dr. Neylon Pilkington, an Arkansas native is a graduate of University Of Arkansas Medical Sciences. He completed his pediatric residency at Arkansas Children’s’ Hospital in Little Rock. Dr. Pilkington’s favorite part of being a pediatrician is the ability to empower caregivers with the knowledge they need to take excellent care of their children. He has been practicing medicine in Russellville since 1996 and is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.

Dr. Pilkington is married to Molly. They have 3 daughters, Anna-Claire, Olivia and Amelia. They also have 3 dogs: Chip, Lou and Milton. Dr. Pilkington enjoys exercise, golfing and watching all sporting activities during his free time.
